*Please be on time to your appointments* Late arrivals will be charged based on the time originally scheduled and we may not be able to extend your appointment due to other scheduled clients.

Repeated re-scheduling, late cancellations, and/or “no show” appointments will result in a discontinuation of services.

All appointments and consultations must be scheduled in advance.

Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
